  • 2 liters water
  • 5 grams ginger – fine chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons natural honey
  • 1 pinch of grounded hot pepper
  • 1 pinch fennel

Preparation:
Put water on fire. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, after this time, remove the water from the fire and leave to cool down a little. Add all of the above ingredients, one by one into the water. Let the mixture stand covered until completely cool, then the fluid obtained from this mixture is ready for consumption. It is very important not to add ingredients into the boiling water. The water needs to be cooled to a degree that would be only lukewarm and then add the ingredients; you will not lose medicinal substances in that way.

Dosage:
This tea is best consumed throughout the day, sip by sip. You can also drink a small cup half hour before each meal. According to the recipe, 2 liters of fluid should be divided for 3 people, and it is the optimal daily dose.
