Monday:

For dinner consume 150g lean meat (beef – grilled or boiled) 1 cracker and 1 tomato.

Wednesday:

Consume the same breakfast as the previous days.

For lunch consume 1 cup of yogurt of kefir , vegetable salad, 1 orange and 1 boiled egg.

For dinner consume tea or coffee (without sweeteners), 1 cookie, 1 orange and 150g of meat.

Thursday:

Consume the same breakfast as the previous.

For lunch consume 150g low-fat cheese, 1 tomato and 1 cookie.

For dinner consume 150g meat, 1 cookie, 1 tomato, and 1 apple.

Friday:

Eat the same breakfast as the previous days.

For lunch consume 200g of steamed fish, 1 tomato and 1 cookie.

For dinner consume 500g of stewed or boiled vegetables from your choice or 2 boiled potatoes and 1 tomato.

For the weekends eat normally not over eat , avoid alcohol, avoid all the processed and canned foods from your daily menu. You will lose quite a lot of weigh in just 15 days.

You are wrong if you think that your weight will return after you are no longer on this diet plan. In order to prevent that from happening all you have to do is to pick one day and only on that day to be on this diet plan.
