Make a mix of:


35 grams of yellow wort,

35 grams of marigold flower (Tagetes),

35 grams of plantago Fernleaf,

30 grams of mint leaf (mentha),

30 grams mellisa leaf,

30 grams of dill seed (Anethum graveolens),

20 grams of chamomile flowers (camomile),

20 grams of mountain tea .

Take 2 tablespoons and poure 500 milliliters of boiling water. Leave ingredient to stand for 15 minutes,
