It’s a fact that sooner or later in life we all or try some kind of diet for weight loss.
Someone will succeed, someone will not. No one so far has done research on the amount of failed diets and unsuccessful attempts, generally we all end up with short weight loss, and in a few months we return back the lost calories and build up the body again.

- At least 5 to 10 minutes before you eat, drink a glass of water or other healthy drinks.
- If you eat bread and other carbohydrates try to combine them with whole grains.
- Replace all soft drinks and sweet juices with water. If you need a taste, add a few drops of lemon or some other fruit.
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Balanced breakfast should include protein, a little fruit and oatmeal that spur your metabolism. This combination stabilizes blood sugar levels and prevents overeating later in the day.
- You have a habit of constantly put something in your mouth, some snacks? Try chewing. Most gums have no more than 10 calories, but do not overdo it and take care of your teeth.
- High-calorie meals, in which you really enjoy, consume it only once in a week. But do not overdo it and measure it.
- Instead of chips, snack live almonds or pumpkin seeds, they are full of protein and essential fats.
- Try to avoid pasteurized milk, full of unhealthy hormones.
- More often cook at home. Not only that you will have desire to eat what you have prepared, in the process of cooking you will notice how fat are ingredients that you cook and how much to eat
- Avoid fried foods, but if you cannot abstain, use coconut oil.
- Exercise should be part of your everyday life. Walk, run, and hike – any activity counts!
- Do not look only through weight loss scale. Find another way to track your progress. Take pictures before and after, make a comparison from clothing that you own.
Desire, commitment and the will for weight loss are necessary for you to realize your goals and remember that keeping in shape is not a quick solution; they are lifestyle and cannot function without exercise and physical activity.
